Advice and representation is also available to obtain Guardianship Orders for Adults with Incapacity. Other areas of work may be available on request.
All services are offered virtually, through video calls or telephone calls, but face-to-face and home visits can always be considered.

GUARDIANSHIP ORDERS
If someone in your family is no longer able to make their own decisions, or your disabled child has turned 16, you may need to apply for a Guardianship Order to make decisions on their behalf
POWERS OF ATTORNEY
A Power of Attorney is a legal document in which you nominate one or more others to make decisions on your behalf if you become unable to do so for yourself
WILLS
A Will allows you to set out your wishes as to who your belongings and assets should pass to on your death
